Lucky Royale is a free-to-play social casino built for entertainment. Even though no real money can be won, healthy habits matter. This page explains the safeguards we offer, our age requirements, and where to find help if play stops being fun.

1. Entertainment only — no real-money gambling

Lucky Royale offers no real-money wagering. All gameplay uses virtual coins with no monetary value. Virtual coins cannot be cashed out, traded, transferred to another player, redeemed for prizes, or exchanged for goods or services.

Optional in-app purchases let you buy additional virtual coins or cosmetic VIP perks. These purchases do not increase your odds of winning anything of monetary value.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or make purchases. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be permanently closed and any open purchases reversed where required by law.

3. Recognise the warning signs

Even social games can become a problem. Be honest with yourself if you notice:

  • Spending more time or money than you planned.
  • Hiding the amount you play or spend from family and friends.
  • Chasing losses by buying more virtual coins.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or low when you are not playing.
  • Neglecting work, school, sleep, or relationships because of play.

4. Tools to stay in control

  • Set a session timer. Decide before you log in how long you will play and stick to it.
  • Set a spending budget. Treat in-app purchases like the price of a cinema ticket — entertainment, never an investment.
  • Take regular breaks. Step away from the screen every 30–60 minutes.
  • Mute the chat. If conversation feels pressuring, minimise the chat or block players from your profile.
  • Disable notifications. Turn off promotional emails and push notifications in your account settings.

5. Self-exclusion & account closure

You may close your account at any time from the profile settings. On request, we will permanently self-exclude your email and payment details from re-registration for a minimum of 6 months. To request self-exclusion, email support@lucky-royale.app from your account email and include the word "self-exclude" in the subject line.

6. Parental controls

If a child shares your device, please enable parental controls at the operating-system or platform level (Apple Screen Time, Google Family Link, Microsoft Family, etc.) and require a password for every in-app purchase.
