Terms of Service

1. About Lucky Royale

Lucky Royale ("we", "us", "the Service") is a free-to-play social casino operated for entertainment only. By creating an account or accessing the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Play guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register an account and to make purchases. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where social-casino entertainment is prohibited.

3. Entertainment only — no real-money gambling

The Service does not offer real-money gambling. All gameplay uses virtual coins ("tokens") which have no monetary value. Tokens cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred between accounts, sold, traded, or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, prizes, or anything of value.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• One account per person. Multi-accounting is grounds for permanent ban.
• Choose a username that is not abusive, deceptive, or impersonating.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice.

5. Purchases, billing & refunds

Optional in-app purchases let you buy additional virtual tokens or VIP perks. All prices are displayed before checkout in the currency shown. By completing a purchase you confirm that:

• You are the legitimate owner of the payment method used.
• The purchase is for entertainment access only and grants no real-world prize.
• All sales are final. Once tokens are credited or consumed in gameplay they are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension and reversal of the corresponding token balance.

6. Token costs for community features

To prevent spam and abuse, certain community features cost tokens: 1 token per public chat message and 5 tokens per private message. To write in public chat you must additionally have reached Level 2 or completed any token purchase. Costs may change with notice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploit any bug to gain tokens.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or send sexually explicit content to other players.
• Post spam, advertising, scams, phishing links, or external gambling links.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to launder money or evade sanctions.

Violations may result in warnings, mutes, chat bans, account suspension, or permanent termination — at our sole discretion.

8. User content & chat moderation

You retain ownership of messages and content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate them within the Service. Chat is moderated by humans and automated tools; messages may be hidden, deleted, or held for review.

9. Intellectual property

All game logic, artwork, sounds, branding, and software are owned by Lucky Royale or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy or redistribute them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Royale and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for risk-management reasons. Upon termination, virtual tokens are forfeited and have no cash value.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed informally by contacting support@lucky-royale.app; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights.
